Henry is a 29 year veteran in the Data Center Industry. A graduate BBA and MBA by ESADE Business School and Risk Engineering Diploma by Stanford University, in 1993 co-founded EFI Electronics Corp. (Salt Lake City, USA), focused on power protection systems for the Semiconductor industry and Data Centers among other mission critical sites. In 1998, after expanding the business in over 50 countries the Company was acquired by Square-D.

Then, in 1999 Henry founded a new start up, AST MODULAR, which pioneered the Modular Data Center industry, by adopting the Clean Room modular construction techniques of the Semicon Industry. In 2014, with plants in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, and over 400 Data Center projects deployed, the company was acquired by Schneider Electric IT Division where Henry served as VP for Pre-Fab Data Centers for a short period of time.

After that Henry founded OnValue Technology a Data Center strategy advisory firm for capital firms and also became co-founder and Chairman of CIRKLA Data Centers devoted to develop the circular economy in the Data Center Industry.

Since early 2022, Henry has joined AQ COMPUTE, as Executive Vice President. AQ COMPUTE is the Data Center Business Unit of Aquila Capital (headquartered in Hamburg, Germany) one of the largest investors in renewable energy in Europe with over € 14Bn under management. AQ COMPUTE´s mission is to help its clients to “decarbonise your data”, by developing a new generation of top sustainable Data Centers in first class locations across EMEA.
Henry is an active member of i-MASONS and is working with other non profit organisations to help in the education and development of future industry professionals.
